The RBS Transaction Services Origination (TSO) required a sales aid for their relationship managers to engage with their customers dealing in international trade. The sales aid needed to be portable, hold a vast document library with up-to-the-minute market data, and allow staff to capture data during their meetings.
What we did
We created the RBS TSO app which presented the 'TSO proposition' as a mobile tool with a section for products and services, the capabilities of the entire RBS global network, plus news, market data, case studies and a 'briefcase' tool which allowed staff to save and email useful documents for their clients.
